What data we collect
- Your name, email and phone number when you contact us or create an account.
- The trip details you provide: destination, dates, number of travelers and notes.
- A log of sign-in attempts on your account, to detect unauthorized access.
We don’t ask for card details or financial information on this site. If a payment is needed, your advisor will direct you to the appropriate provider’s payment channel.
Children’s data
When a trip includes children, we ask only for what is essential to quote and book it, such as their age and, once the trip is confirmed, the details required by the airline, hotel or immigration authorities. These details are provided and authorized by the child’s parent or legal guardian, and we handle them in the child’s best interest and with respect for their rights, as required by Article 7 of Law 1581 of 2012 and Article 12 of Decree 1377 of 2013. This site is not intended for children: accounts and requests are created by an adult.
Sensitive data
We don’t ask for sensitive data, such as health information, ethnic origin, beliefs or sexual orientation. If you choose to tell us something like this in your notes so that your trip is comfortable (for example, a mobility need or a dietary restriction), sharing it is optional, we use it only to arrange that trip, and we share it only with the provider who needs to accommodate it. By including it, you expressly authorize this use.
How we use it
To process your request, prepare quotes, coordinate services with airlines, hotels and tour operators, and keep you informed about your trip. We don’t sell or share your data for advertising.
Who we share it with
Only with the providers needed for the service you asked about (for example, the hotel you want us to check) and with authorities when required by law. Some providers operate outside Colombia; if you ask us to arrange a service with them, we share only the data needed, in line with applicable law.
